-PETRO-MAG: Will the Petro-Mag® void my warranty?
Dealerships are always looking for any reason to void your warranty. So, as a smart consumer, you have the play the game as well. As with any aftermarket part, it is best to remove it before taking into the dealership for any work. The Petro-Mag® can be removed easily and quickly with only a screwdriver.
-PETRO-MAG: What are "hydrocarbon clusters" and "hydrocarbon fuels"?
Hydrocarbon fuels are fuels that are made up of hydrogen and carbon molecules, and usually are referred to as fossil fuels. These include gasoline, propane (LPG), diesel, natural gas, butane, etc.
The molecules within hydrocarbon fuels carry small charges that can be influenced by electromagnetic or earth magnetic energy.
-PETRO-MAG: What type of fuel line can I install the Petro-Mag onto?
The Petro-Mag® can be installed on a rubber, metal, or metal braided fuel line. In our experience, it has not made a significant difference whether it was rubber, metal, or metal braided. The important thing is to place it as close to the engine (combustion chamber) as possible.
-PETRO-MAG: Can you tell me exactly where to install the Petro-Mag on my vehicle?
Sorry, but because there are thousands of different models and types of vehicles, we do not have the schematics of every engine out there. If you are unsure of where you fuel line is, a mechanic can point it out for you in about 10 seconds. Once you have figured this out, place the Petro-Mag® as close to the injection rail (EFI) or carb as possible.
-PETRO-MAG: Do you have free samples?
No. However, we do offer a discount program where you can get one for a discounted price (sometime FREE) if you participate in a road test and send us your results. Please see the TECH DATA page or email us for more info.
-PETRO-MAG: Does my vehicle have to be carburated or fuel injected for the Petro-Mag?
The Petro-Mag® works on both.
-PETRO-MAG: How soon should I expect results?
Because every vehicle is different, we can only tell you what we have learned from our experience. The majority of people see a difference within 30 days. All will see a difference within the 60 day guarantee period. However, we are an honest company, and we mean it when we say that if you don't see the results, for any reason, within 60 days, we will give you a refund.
